About This Project

In 2018, after hearing from their collective community that there’s room for improvement along with significant interest and commitment to making Nike NXT more diverse and inclusive, the leadership team brought in Now and Zen to help create and execute a series that would start the conversation around diversity & inclusion and hopefully lead to actionable items and noticeable change.

We ultimately landed on a facilitated movie + discussion series featuring the Mister Rogers’ documentary Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Over the next year and a half, Now and Zen hosted 200+ people across the Nike NXT community in 29 movie + discussion sessions.

These small group discussions were vibrant, productive and proved an effective way to cultivate awareness, empathy and deeper connections among teammates from all functions.
